TaperLock Bush
The Taperlock bush is designed to allow rapid assembly and dismantling of the pulley and any other power transmission component without the need of special tool.
You only need the simple Allen key (also known as Hexagonal key) to assemble the Taperlock bush.
Taperlock bush is tapered, non-flanged, split bushings that make use of screws to tighten them to the shaft, as a result, it provides excellent clamping force.
The Taperlock bush is used on pulleys and sprockets to increase the clamping force over standard bored-to-size products that only use a keyway and set screw to lock onto the shaft.
